At what point in Factions (if any) is it possible to switch my 2nd profession?

You can change your profession once you reach Senji's Corner. It costs 500 gold the first time you do it,but you can do it as much as you want after that. There isn't quest or requirement beyond reaching Senji's Corner.

Also to add it costs 500gp the first time you switch to that prof. once you have paid for that secondry prof. you switch between paid for secondries in the 'K' menu screen

add to that, you can switch using "k" anytime you're in town. you don't have to go back to senji's corner to switch (also works for other campaigns once you have "bought" the profession)
